"Mental wellness isn't a destination. It's a culture. And cultures are built by people who are willing to start the conversation."

Our Vision

What we're working towards.

A culture across India where:

  • Mental wellness is normalised, openly spoken about, and actively supported within educational institutions, workplaces, and homes.

  • Educators, corporate professionals, and parents are trauma-informed, neurodiversity-aware, and equipped to make a real difference.

  • Individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered to navigate their emotional well-being with clarity and confidence.

Our Mission

How we get there.

  • Accessible, non-clinical support. For educators, corporate teams, parents, students, and professionals across India.

  • Trauma-informed training and awareness sessions. Covering trauma-informed practices and neurodiversity awareness for institutions and organisations.

  • Safe, inclusive spaces. Built on acceptance, confidentiality, and lived experience.

  • Qualified mental health first aiders. Professionally trained and personally informed, in every room we work in.

Our Core Values

What guides everything we do.

Acceptance and Non Judgment

We create environments rooted in acceptance, where individuals can show up authentically.

Trauma Informed Practice

We recognise the impact of lived experiences and ensure our work is grounded in safety, awareness, and care.

Neurodiversity Affirmation

We value and respect different ways of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world.

Growth and Empowerment

We aim to inform, inspire, and empower learners to build awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.

What We Commit To

Confidentiality and Trust

What you share stays with us, except where there is a serious risk of harm. We hold your disclosure with care and respect.

Non-Judgemental Support

We listen without agenda. There is no right or wrong way to feel, and no experience too small or too large to bring into the space.

Trauma-Informed and Neurodiversity-Aware

Everything we do is shaped by an understanding of how trauma and neurodivergence affect the way people experience the world.

Clear Signposting

When someone needs more than we can offer, we say so honestly and help them find the right support. We never overstate what we do.

What Our Boundaries Are

Clinical Therapy and Counselling

We offer non-clinical support. For therapy or counselling, a licensed professional is the right fit.

Diagnosis and Assessment

We do not assess or diagnose mental health conditions. Our work sits outside the clinical scope.

Crisis and Emergency Intervention

We are not a crisis service. If someone is in immediate danger, emergency services are the right first call.

Treatment Plans and Prescriptions

We do not prescribe or create medical treatment plans. Our support is practical and person-centered, not clinical.

Replacing Licensed Mental Health Care

When specialist care is needed, we say so honestly and help point people in the right direction.

Our Collaborations

We are proud to work alongside industry leaders to enhance the depth of our support. KindSol is an official partner of BeeKind Training UK, ensuring our team is equipped with the highest standards of empathetic practice.
